Membership Directory
As part of your of your membership, we provide a "mini" website in our Online Directory. The information will be shared with other members and may include a brief history of your organization, an overview of the services/products you provide, a longer description, and recent projects. Please contact our Membership Director, Jill Renwick, to update your directory page.

NYS Mandated Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
ECA has partnered with member firm Saratoga Human Resources Solutions to offer you three different ways to deliver this training:
  1. In-person class at ECA for just $5 per person
  2. In-person class for your entire staff (your place or ours) for a flat fee of $120
  3. FREE online training for individuals

Planroom (Electronic & Physical)
Our planroom offers many services including:  over 200+ Actively Bidding Projects EVERY DAY; hundreds of Pre-Bid Projects; instant notification of addenda; filters & search options to narrow projects by location, scope of work & size; access to bidders lists; online ordering of drawings for printing or pickup; creation of “Invitations to Bid” for subcontractors & suppliers; time saving bid search email updates; and we put plans up as soon as possible, within 24 hours of receipt.

Labor Relations
We assist with negotiating labor contracts, moderating the important items you need to succeed.  

​The Association’s General Labor Committee negotiates and administers industry labor agreements with the basic building and construction trades unions (Bricklayers, Carpenters, Glaziers, Laborers, Operating Engineers, Painters, Teamsters and Tile Setters & Finishers).
