ECA's President and CEO serves you, the member contractor. When difficult questions arise concerning contract interpretation, union issues, regulations or any other industry-related topics, start your search for answers with Todd. Drawing on his experience, he can often provide a quick solution, but if he can't, he will refer you to an expert who can. Todd G. Helfrich
President and CEO

​Todd, our President and CEO, holds down the fort and keeps our mission top of mind. He’s always here for you, anytime and for any reason. He’s a Buffalo Bills fan and enjoys skiing the local slopes and riding ATVs. Though he represents the association at numerous conferences and meetings throughout the year, he always finds time for his family. 

Daniel P. Dipace
​Finance Manager

As our Finance Manager, Dan keeps us on budget and makes sure our coffee supply never runs out.  As a new dad to Logan, he enjoys spending time with his family; cleaning the pool, not so much.  As an avid hunter and fisherman, he looks forward to spending weekends outdoors.

Doreen Kleinman
Executive Assistant

Doreen keeps us all and the office organized.  She finds places to donate items we no longer need, and this includes her hair – check out her new “do” the next time you come in.  However, if you stop by our office in the summer during lunch time, you’ll probably find her outside basking in the sun.

Laura L. Regan
Vice President

You all know Laura as our Vice President, and if you’ve interacted with her, you understand her passion for her job.  Almost always the last to leave, she keeps everything running smoothly.  In her free time, she enjoys golfing, crafting and reading.  She and her husband have an 11-year-old Plott Hound who is a champion of hunting snacks and tracking down the best spot on the bed each night.

Judy Ploof
Planroom Manager

Besides being the queen of our Planroom, you’ll see Judy with raffle tickets in hand at our Steak Roast and Golf Outing.  She enjoys crocheting and baking and spending time with her three dogs. When the weather is nice, she and her husband ride with the Patriot Guard Riders honoring our country’s military veterans.

Jill E. Renwick
Director, Membership, Industry and Workforce Initiatives

Your person for anything relating to membership and industry growth is Jill.  She loves coffee so take her up on any offer to meet at a coffee shop and she’ll answer any questions you have about our benefits and opportunities.  She is passionate about soccer, enjoys listening to music on vinyl and spending her downtime with Bridget Jones, her Boston Terrier. 

Dustin Henry
Assistant Planroom Manager

Dustin is second in command of our Planroom, but when he’s not at work he enjoys playing guitar and bowling.  His sense of humor is keen and he keeps our office laughing.  Need plans? Stop by and have a chat, you’ll be glad you did.
