Labor Relations
We assist with negotiating labor contracts, moderating the important items you need to succeed.

The Association’s General Labor Committee negotiates and administers industry labor agreements with the basic building and construction trades unions (Bricklayers, Carpenters, Glaziers, Laborers, Operating Engineers, Painters, Teamsters and Tile Setters & Finishers).

Notary Service
We offer free Notary Service to our members. We have two staff who are Certified Notary Public in the State of New York and will provide free notary service during regular business hours. Stop in to take advantage of this opportunity!

Workers' Compensation Group
ECA is pleased to provide our member employers with an alternative solution to combat the rising cost of workers' compensation insurance.
