Next Generation Leadership Council

​ECA’s Next Generation Leadership Council (NGLC) is comprised of up-and-coming leaders from all aspects of the construction industry.  The NGLC’s purpose is to provide educational and networking opportunities for individuals who are on an advancement path with their current employer or those who are looking to take the next step in their careers.
